Thank You for the Love & Support 💛

First, I want to thank Gritz Tavern for the opportunity to pop up inside their space these past few days. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, partnership, and shared vision for uplifting local businesses.

With everything going on behind the scenes, I’ve made the tough decision to step back from making Gritz Tavern my permanent weekday location, as hours and logistics have shifted. This wasn’t an easy choice, but one made with care, clarity, and the bigger picture in mind.

That said, The Brewed Collective will continue to operate as a mobile pop-up, and our posted schedule for June will remain in place — so you’ll still be able to catch us around DFW serving up the lattes, matcha, cold brew, and good energy you’ve come to know and love.

Keep an eye out — you might just catch us popping up on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

This journey is still unfolding, and I’m holding onto the dream of one day having a permanent space to truly call home. Until then, I’ll keep showing up where coffee, culture, and community meet.

To everyone who congratulated me, stopped by, and continues to support — thank you. Your love and encouragement fuel this dream.

This wasn’t the right time, but it’s definitely not the end.
