Hi, I’m Rachel 🎀 And truthfully, I’m not entirely sure how to show up on social media right now. But I do know that I won’t be the person that hides behind my privilege, so today, I’m sharing our values:
✨ We accept and celebrate all couples. As a cis, white woman, I can’t guarantee I’ll be perfect with my language every time, but I will hold you and your partner gently and with care throughout your planning process and I vow to have open, listening ears when I do make a mistake.
✨ We support, acknowledge, and respect the quiet laborers in this industry. From catering, to rental preparation, to the workers that pick the flowers - the wedding industry only exists with these vital team members.
✨ We treat your wedding day as if it’s our own, with care, sincerity, and pride. From the smallest celebrations to the largest, every wedding is cherished
✨ We value our vendor partners and respect their experience through collaboration to ensure your wedding day is executed to its fullest potential. “Jack of all trades, master of none” we know our value is in managing and trusting, not criticizing and controlling.
I’m scared for the future of these valuable and vulnerable populations. It feels so hard to just “go on” as if my job doesn’t directly put me in connection with them. For now, I will continue to positively impact my communities and support my clients with love and care.
