Hi, I’m Rachel 🎀 And truthfully, I’m not entirely sure how to show up on social media right now. But I do know that I won’t be the person that hides behind my privilege, so today, I’m sharing our values:

✨ We accept and celebrate all couples. As a cis, white woman, I can’t guarantee I’ll be perfect with my language every time, but I will hold you and your partner gently and with care throughout your planning process and I vow to have open, listening ears when I do make a mistake.
✨ We support, acknowledge, and respect the quiet laborers in this industry. From catering, to rental preparation, to the workers that pick the flowers - the wedding industry only exists with these vital team members.
✨ We treat your wedding day as if it’s our own, with care, sincerity, and pride. From the smallest celebrations to the largest, every wedding is cherished
✨ We value our vendor partners and respect their experience through collaboration to ensure your wedding day is executed to its fullest potential. “Jack of all trades, master of none” we know our value is in managing and trusting, not criticizing and controlling.
I’m scared for the future of these valuable and vulnerable populations. It feels so hard to just “go on” as if my job doesn’t directly put me in connection with them. For now, I will continue to positively impact my communities and support my clients with love and care.

Despite the rain, nothing could dampen the love and joy surrounding us on our wedding day. Something about that first photo just gives me all the 🥰🥰🥰 Heart pounding, butterflies swirling – that magical moment right before you say ‘I do.’ 💍✨ Anticipation at its sweetest!

Let’s chat ceremony floral! Florals are one of the priciest categories for weddings and rightfully so! They take immense skill and artistry to set your day apart from the rest.
But I know our Juleps are looking to stretch their dollars as far as possible, and ceremony flowers are one of the top places they look at! Ceremony arrangements can come in many different forms:
✨ Arbor
✨ Broken Arch
✨ Pedestal Arrangements
✨ Ground Florals
✨ Hanging Installs
….just to name a few 😅 But not all of these are suitable for repurposing! If you plan to repurpose your ceremony flowers later in the day, be sure you plan a style that can be easily moved and that has a great water source!
Lastly, keep in mind that sweltering hot days and high wind days can lead to lackluster and damaged blooms that may not be the best backdrop for your important moments. We (and our floral friends!) often advise repurposing ceremony pieces in low impact areas like the bar, your DJ/band facade, or as general accents around your reception space!

Pro tip!! Provide an extra invitation for your photographer to use for a stunning styled photo! We are SO here for this idea. ✉️
1. It gives you & your honey photo evidence of how cute your invitations were in case you lose the extras
2. It lets you showcase other elements: the rings, flowers, or a fun seal.
3. I mean... just look how gorgeous this photo is!
