We wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone for helping us reach our one year anniversary. It was never part of the plan to open a food truck, but everything fell into place once that decision was made. It gave us a chance to start over by doing something that we loved. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and service… in one year, we have attended nearly 100 events, completed over 5,000 transactions and served more than 10,000 guests with 100% positive feedback.
We won’t lie… it hasn’t always been easy, but we believed in this concept and continued to show up when invited. Throughout this past year, we have become a family. We don’t know what the future holds for our truck, but we are grateful for the chance to serve our communities and share our love of Italian food. We never expected to revolutionize the food truck industry by serving hot food in less than 3 minutes, but your patronage gave us the chance to streamline our concept.
We’ve enjoyed every event we attended… every conversation we’ve had with our guests… every moment where we were able to share who we are through this creation. It’s been an absolute pleasure and we look forward to more time doing what we love. Thank you for helping to make this dream a reality!
