Throwback Thursday — throwing it back to the interview where I talked about the Infused BBQ Royale competition hosted by One of the dopest infused culinary events putting chefs on and elevating the culture.

If you’re in the St. Louis area, don’t miss their Thanksgiving Holiday Competition coming up in a few weeks. Stop by, show support, and tap in with the chefs who will be competing and pushing the limits of infused cuisine.

Magnum Opus Catering won’t be able to make this one since I’ll be out of town for the holiday, but we’re wishing good luck to all the competitors. Keep elevating the craft. We’ll catch the next one.
