Big things are happening at Cavallo, even if they’ve taken a little longer than planned.

This season’s unusually cold weather, we saw record lows on the farm reaching as low as 10°, slowed some of our final landscaping, staining, and paintwork. These finishing touches matter, and we’re committed to doing it right and creating a space that feels as special as the celebrations it will hold.

Now for the fun part… THE RELAUNCH!

Cavallo will now be offered exclusively as a FULL weekend event rental, Friday through Sunday, rather than single-day bookings. You may reserve one venue or both for full property exclusivity.

This allows our clients the time and flexibility to set up thoughtfully, work with their vendors, and truly enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

We’re getting closer each day and will be opening tours and scheduling very soon.

This next chapter of Cavallo is coming — and it’s worth the wait. ✨

'The Winery' is located on Cavallo Estate property and is a stunning vintage wedding venue in Lecanto, Florida. It offers beautiful outdoor views and a restored historic barn to host the wedding of your dreams. Unlike other barn venues, the Cavallo Estate offers the sophistication you would expect from an exclusive banquet hall. They offer modern scenery with a vintage finesse you won’t find anywhere else. It is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and inside creates a warm and inviting yet elegant ambiance. For weddings of any kind, Cavallo Estate Winery is the perfect place to celebrate your love. They will accommodate your every need to make a dream wedding become a reality.

Cavallo Estate Winery offers multiple ceremony and reception sites to enjoy your special day. The outdoor perimeter of the winery offers scenic views of the wooded area surrounding it, perfect for an outdoor ceremony. The Winery, however, is primarily used for receptions. It features a large chandelier, market lighting, and rustic elegant decor that is both modern and homey. It has both a bar and guest bathrooms, plus a view overlooking the wine vats. It offers a nearby fire pit for guests to enjoy during the winter months, which are typically warm enough for outdoor events in Florida. The Winery is also climate controlled to make this venue an option all year long. Cavallo Prime is adjacent to the winery and can be rented for a rehearsal dinner or for additional reception space and seating. In total, the Cavallo Estate Winery has a capacity of 250 guests.
