Cavallo Estate Winery

08/30/2026

We’ve been a little quiet over here this week… and now you can see why. 🏁

The last several days have been a whirlwind behind the scenes at Cavallo Estate Winery as we worked around the clock transforming the venue for one very special 2nd birthday celebration.

And while weddings will always be a beautiful part of what we do, Cavallo is so much more than a wedding venue.

Birthdays, corporate events, fundraisers, celebrations and completely custom experiences, we love seeing our spaces transformed into something entirely different.

This weekend, that meant a trip straight to Radiator Springs. 🏎️🏁

From the backdrop and balloon installations to the centerpieces and countless little details throughout the room, this was such a fun event to bring together.
We’re sharing just a small sneak peek today because the professional photos are still to come and there is SO much more we can’t wait to show you.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Lyle! ❤️🏁

We will be back to work early this week in the office as we prepare to roll into a special event for next weekend!

Tours are officially open at Cavallo Estate Winery! 🤍

After a little time away and a lot of work behind the scenes, we recently announced the relaunch of Cavallo and we’re so excited to begin welcoming couples, families and organizations back to the property to start planning their events.

For our traditional weddings and private celebrations, Cavallo is a weekend rental venue, with exclusive access beginning Friday morning and continuing through Sunday afternoon. We love this format because it gives our clients time to decorate, rehearse, celebrate and clean up without trying to squeeze everything into a few stressful hours on the day of their event.

We offer several rental options depending on the event you’re envisioning, including Prime, The Barn, or a combination of both spaces. We also offer separate single-day options for qualifying corporate events.

Private tours are approximately 45 minutes and can now be scheduled online. Choose from our current availability and reserve a time that works best for you here:

We’ve also been busy expanding our décor and styling options, tabletop and place-setting services, and making improvements throughout the property, with more still to come.

If you’re just beginning your search and have questions about pricing, guest counts, what’s included, or available dates, comment below or send us a message. We’ve made it much easier to get the information you need before deciding whether Cavallo might be the right fit for your event.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Cavallo!

Big things are happening at Cavallo, even if they’ve taken a little longer than planned.

This season’s unusually cold weather, we saw record lows on the farm reaching as low as 10°, slowed some of our final landscaping, staining, and paintwork. These finishing touches matter, and we’re committed to doing it right and creating a space that feels as special as the celebrations it will hold.

Now for the fun part… THE RELAUNCH!

Cavallo will now be offered exclusively as a FULL weekend event rental, Friday through Sunday, rather than single-day bookings. You may reserve one venue or both for full property exclusivity.

This allows our clients the time and flexibility to set up thoughtfully, work with their vendors, and truly enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

We’re getting closer each day and will be opening tours and scheduling very soon.

This next chapter of Cavallo is coming — and it’s worth the wait. ✨

Did you know we have a second venue on site?

And she does not whisper… she makes an entrance.

Introducing Prime — an intimate, elevated space designed for rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, welcome parties, and unforgettable cocktail hours before the celebration continues inside our barn.

Moody. Refined. Effortlessly stylish.

More details coming soon as we relaunch the property.

Grateful to for capturing her so beautifully.

There’s a certain kind of wedding day that stays with you long after the last song fades and the candles burn low. Not because everything went perfectly – but because love showed up stronger …
