Today, we’re celebrating all the dads, father figures, and role models who show up every day with hard work, dedication, and love. 🙌🏼

Boardtrack BBQ is especially meaningful because it was built on something more than great barbecue—it was built on family. As a father-and-son owned and operated business, every early morning prep, overnight smoke, event setup, and serving line is a reminder of the memories, lessons, and traditions that can be passed down from one generation to the next.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work side-by-side, share our passion for barbecue, and serve this amazing community together.

🌧️ 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐧… 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐁𝐐 𝐃𝐚𝐲! 🔥🥩

We know the weather this week has been a little stormy and soggy, but have you seen Saturday’s forecast?! ☀️ It’s shaping up to be a BEAUTIFUL day, and we’re getting ready for it!

Brisket is prepped and marinating. ✅
Pork is prepped and marinating. ✅
Tomorrow is 𝐒𝐌𝐎𝐊𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘. 🔥💨

🤠 𝐅𝐮𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐁𝐐 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭:
Our brisket 🥩 is slow-smoked for an average of 14 hours using maple pecan wood pellets, while our pulled pork 🐖 spends about 12 hours soaking up that delicious applewood smoke flavor.

We don’t cut corners around here—we smoke our meats throughout the night before every event to make sure they’re fresh, tender, and ready to serve when you walk up to the window. 🔥

We can’t wait to serve you this weekend at The Side Porch!

🔥 MID-WEEK BBQ CHECK-IN 🔥

Boardtrack BBQ will be serving it up this Saturday at The Side Porch in Lafayette, TN starting at 11:00 AM!

We’ve been putting in the work all week:
🥩 Brisket has been marinating since Tuesday
🐖 Pork was just prepped and will be soaking up all that flavor until smoke time
🍗 Smoked Chicken will be ready to roll, too!

🚚💨 Well friends, we’re going to wrap things up a little earlier than planned today!

Our generator started the day a little sluggish, and after pushing through the afternoon, that last hour just about did us in. 😅

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, grabbed some BBQ, shared a smile, and supported our small family business today. Your support means more than you know!

And a special thank you to the River Oaks community for having us out. We had a great time serving everyone and hope to be back again soon!
