Today we want to give a special shoutout to the moms behind the scenes here at Boardtrack BBQ — our wives, Tina & Lindy— for helping keep our wheels turning and everything moving smoothly day in and day out. From supporting the long cooks, busy weekends, and everything in between, we truly couldn’t do this without you both. We also want to shout out Gabby for her recent help on a big job in Watertown! 🙌🏼

🔥 We fired up the smoker today and decided to test out something new… street corn 👀🌽

Of course we had to throw it in the cast iron — because that’s just how we do it at Boardtrack BBQ 😎

Let’s just say… it tastes as good as it smells 🤤 smoky, creamy, a little kick… yeah, it’s hitting.
