Amazing Wedding DJ!

David was an amazing DJ. Our wedding would not have been the same without him! He was so great- he met with us before the wedding and thoroughly listened to our requests for the day. On our wedding day, he kept the dance floor packed all night and was so awesome with responding to guest song requests!

We even had a guest have a minor medical emergency at our wedding- such a scary and anxious feeling for myself as the bride, but I could not have appreciated David more during that moment. He made sure to keep the party going and found a way to make sure the focus stayed on us as a couple and the wedding. I could not recommend him enough for any couple looking for the perfect DJ for their night!

If you are looking for a wedding or event dj. Look no further! David is absolutely amazing! He helped us put together our wedding timeline and went above and beyond to make sure our night was extra special. He brought so many things to our attention that we didn’t even think of. When I tell you he is the perfect dj for your wedding or event I mean it. He’s professional, detail oriented and so well organized. He was so patient with us. He didn't hesitate to answer any and all our questions. He didn’t get frustrated with any changes we made as the wedding got closer and was always available to talk to us. He had our dance floor dancing all night! I could not say enough great things about him! Absolutely Book him for your wedding!

My Story

My name is David Garcia (aka DJ Bambú). I am a Christian, husband, father and music “aficionado”. My love for music began in elementary school band where I became proficient in several musical instruments and had the opportunity to perform in front of crowds of all sizes.

Born and raised in "The Bronx" New York, I started DJing in the mid-80’s and quickly fell in love with the art of making people dance. Growing up in such a “melting pot” of cultures I was exposed to many different musical genres and styles which has contributed to my success today. Through the years I have provided services for many formal events such as weddings, anniversaries, sweet sixteens, corporate functions as well as rocking school dances and private parties. As a Christian and father I always do my best to play clean, edited and appropriate music for your special event.

I believe in providing you with the same level of service, attention to detail and perfection as I would expect for myself.
