Purely Simple Catering Joann, the artist, brains and catalyst behind Purely Simple Catering. Purely Simple Catering, or PSC as we call it is a family run; independent small business.

Started by Joann and her friend Lisa in Michigan. They started with small affairs for friends and family. Lisa moved to California and our family moved Lawrenceville, Georgia in 2001. When an acquaintance mentioned they were looking for a caterer, Joann saw an opportunity and Purely Simple Catering was started once again. Joann has always had a passion and talent for cooking. She decided to take i

t to the next level and enrolled in school for formal training. Here she realized she loved baking, and is now pursuing a degree as a certified pastry chef. Through her experience she has become a well-rounded chef.
