It's been a long cold winter already but the temperature is finally coming up enough to fire up the smoker again. SUPER BOWL SUNDAY is less than 2 weeks away and I will be cooking for the super bowl. Get your orders in by February 5th to watch the big game and eat some delicious smoked meats on February 9th.
