Venue disruption is becoming real, new hospitality spaces are entering the market & guest comfort is moving closer to the center of luxury design.

Concorde opened October 1 in National Landing near the Pentagon, Amazon’s headquarters, Reagan National Airport, and Metro. The 12,000-square-foot venue combines culinary service, private access, customizable signage, hybrid-event technology and rooms supporting up to 470 guests.

Union Market also announced a design-led, 30-room boutique hotel and adjoining cocktail lounge with several bars, Mediterranean food & an outdoor water feature, expected to open next spring.

Some people are against AI because they believe it does all the work & the person behind the picture did absolutely nothing.

But let’s clear that up real quick👏🏾

Yes, this image was created with the help of AI.

But guess what?

The creative concept, color palette, floral selections, textures, tablescape details, overall mood & final vision came from ME.

I took all the creative juices, ideas, & beautiful details jumbled inside my head & used AI to help bring them to life.

As an event planner, I don’t see AI as the creator.
I see it as my creative assistant, a tool that helps me visualize, refine & communicate my ideas.

AI may have helped create the picture, but it needed my imagination, my direction, my eye for detail & my vision.

AI is the assistant. I’m still the master creator...Period💅🏾🍂✨
