Good morning everyone. As we strive for excellence, I want to address an important issue regarding our trailer equipment. Please note that we proudly maintain our equipment for our exclusive use, and we do not loan or rent it for any reason. All equipment must remain on the trailer during and after use, empowering us to continue delivering exceptional service. Unfortunately, we recently experienced a setback with the loss of one of our charging stations, valued at $20, which, although a small amount, is still a vital part of our equipment family. Moreover, three Nintendo games have gone missing from our trailer. As we continue to uphold our standards, we do not permit the loaning of any equipment. In our pursuit of excellence, we are implementing a $100 equipment deposit for all events, effective immediately, to safeguard our equipment and ensure our continued ability to serve our customers with the highest level of excellence. Your $100 equipment deposit will be returned once all equipment has been accounted for, and we are confident that this measure will empower us to maintain our exceptional standards. We apologize for having to take this step, but we are committed to protecting our equipment and continuing to inspire and delight our customers
