Chef Heather was raised in a family that owned and operated a restaurant for more than 50 years, hospitality wasn’t taught, it was lived.
She refined her craft in Paris as a student of Le Cordon Bleu, developing a style rooted in technique, restraint, and respect for ingredients. Her career has since unfolded in highly private culinary environments, serving as head chef for a prominent estate and as a private chef to elite clientele worldwide.
From mega yachts to secluded villas and high-end estates, Chef Heather is known for discretion, adaptability, and creating refined luxury dining moments that feel effortless, intimate, and deeply considered.
