Three Weddings. Three Cities. Three Vibes.

Curating your perfect wedding day looks different depending on the city, your taste, and the overall vibe. No two are exactly alike, but customized to suit each couple’s needs.

Here are some of my wedding timeline non-negotiables for a seamless day — as a wedding planner and a 2026 bride.

1. Build in buffer time. Some things will take longer than you think, some things will go faster than you think. It is better to run ahead of schedule than behind!

2. Connect with your vendors on their realistic timelines for wedding day. They are the experts of their craft, ask them so that they feel supported for a successful event.

3. Emotional moments take time! This goes back a little to buffer time, but make sure you are not overloading your emotional timeline items back to back so you have time to sit in them and really take it all in.

4. Do a reception room reveal! This is your only opportunity to take in the untouched space before your guests make their way in.

5. Schedule in some alone time with your spouse. Even if it’s just a quiet 10 minutes together with appetizers and drinks — reset, take a moment to soak it all in!

A seamless timeline isn’t about doing more. It’s about creating space to fully experience your day as it unfolds.

you, me… wedding planning?

What value we bring as your planner:
• turning your Pinterest board into a cohesive design
• knowing where to invest vs. where to save
• timelines that actually flow well
• vendors that match your vision and your vibe
• making sure you’re fully present on your wedding day

because planning should feel exciting—not overwhelming!

Just a few of the many reasons you need a planner — we’re already thinking five steps ahead.

THREE weddings. ONE venue.

One of my favorite parts about wedding planning is making each one completely unique to each client. Even the venues we continue to come back to again and again, no two weddings look the same!

Almost 6 months out from my Italian wedding and getting ready to talk about all things food and how wedding tastings go over there — one of the many reasons we picked Italy was because of the incredible food and service!

How to master your seating chart
- Advice from a wedding
planner & 2026 bride -

1. If your wedding party has plus ones— seat them together. - They’ve spent the whole day apart and plus ones may not know anyone other than their date!

2. Group people by relationship and vibe-not just who they know. - Are they all college friends? Do they all work in the same industry? Grouping similar personalities often leads to better conversations.

3. ‘Head Table’ vs. the ‘Sweetheart Table!’ - A ‘Sweetheart Table’ gives a false promise of getting time alone. It’s often interrupted by loved ones eager to wish congratulations. It’s a personal preference, but I love when a couple is seated with their guests.

4. Always seat the parents and VIPs closest to the couple and dance floor.
Make sure the tables closest to the action are reserved for those who will be up and moving the most and have the best view!

5. Have a ‘buffer’ table (or two) for last-minute RSVPs or plus-ones. - Better to have an extra table than to try and squeeze two more people into a table of ten.
