What would you ask the person who grew your tea?

Our Nepal Tea Journey is planned for June 10–19, 2027. The proposed itinerary brings together tea gardens, hands-on tea making, guided tastings, local food and traditional crafts.

Start by exploring the route. Get the Nepal Tour Guide through the link in our bio.

The part we call ginger root has a botanical surprise: it is an underground stem, or rhizome.

Fresh, dried and candied ginger each bring something different to the kitchen. A slice in a simmering drink, a spoonful of ground spice in a bake, a small piece of candied ginger beside a cup of tea.

Which form lives in your kitchen most often?

“What did you put in yours?” “How was your reading?” “ We get to take this home?” ✨

These were the conversations around our tea blending bar at last night’s IMEX reception at Bellagio and honestly, my favorite part of the evening!

Guests created their own blends (with my guidance of course), explored tea leaf readings, and left with little tea gifts made themselves. Some knew exactly which herbs they loved. Others smelled everything before deciding.

Alongside calligraphy and drawings, these little experiences brought so much personality and warmth into a big convention space. People paused, got curious, and started talking.

That’s what I love about bringing tea to events. You give guests something to experience together, and something to take home that brings them back to that evening. 🌿

Want this kind of connection at your next event? Send me a message to book your own tea blending bar.

ROSEMARY — THE HERB OF REMEMBRANCE

A little rosemary for someone you are thinking of.

In Shakespeare’s England, this familiar herb carried meanings of remembrance, friendship, and fidelity. Our first Autumn Apothecary carousel follows its story from the garden to a small moment of reflection.

What does the scent of rosemary bring to mind for you: a person, a place, or something cooking in the kitchen?

Save this botanical page, or send it to someone you would love to share a cup of tea with.
