🔥 ＭＡＮＩＦＥＳＴ 🔥

I turn 30 today and immediately feel a sense of peace. I’ve been asked often if I’m sad about the loss of my 20s, but I can be completely honest in saying that my 20s were difficult life lessons that completely changed me, and not always for the better. While I can’t be sure that my 30s will be different, I hope that I will be able to use the lessons I’ve learned to make wiser choices. When I thought about styling this photoshoot, I wanted to mourn but also celebrate and purposefully consider how I want the next 10 years of my life to go and how I want them to differ from the last 10 years.

Thank you for being my friend, confidant, and photographer. I don’t know what I would do without you

Happy Mother’s Day to this amazing mom, who recently became a mom to an another beautiful little girl. My brother and his wife have been together since I was in high school, and to watch her grow from girlfriend- to fiancée, from wife- to mother has been such a beautiful experience.

Watching you raise your babies with love, compassion, and patience is so inspiring and I am so proud of the person I have seen you grow into. I can’t wait to see the beautiful women that you raise, and how you model motherhood and adulthood to them.
