Today was a very busy day preparing for our annual group tasting for 2024 couples and clients of Circa 1856.
This is NOT a photo of the dishes we will be serving tomorrow. We were way too swamped for photos today, but the menu is sure to be mouth-watering!
Beef Brisket, Pork Loin, Fried chicken, Roast Beef, Pulled Pork BBQ, Herb Roasted Chicken; Polish Sausage & Sauerkraut, Creamy Parmesan Tuscan Chicken, vegetarian pesto pasta, real potato mashed potatoes, loaded rice pilaf, and 9 more delicious hot dishes to sample, along with an extensive Charcuterie table and beautiful garden salad.
We will be joined by some other amazing wedding vendor, Mirror Memories Photo Booth; Apple Sound Productions; The Cakery and J&K Flowers. It's gonna be a great day!

It is currently our off-season for weddings at Circa 1856, but great food is never out of season! I revisited our corporate catering days with one of my exclusive recipes of "Greek chicken medallions" to enjoy with Tzatziki sauce during football. These smell and taste even better than they look!

We haven't been mobile in awhile because we have weddings every weekend at Circa 1856, but today we got to go back to our roots and have a corporate outing and grill burgers, hot dogs and marinated chicken for them, along with homemade Mac & cheese and delicious picnic beans. We will return with a new menu for them tomorrow and then back to wedding service on Saturday. Bringing smiles one bite at a time!

This is dinner for my family tonight even though everyone is on a different schedule. I'm excited to eat first!😁 fresh seared salmon with baby Bella, spinach and pesto/parm pasta. I would not normally choose elbow macaroni for this dish, but I had some left over from another "project". It tastes just as amazing!

Hi guys! We've been super busy catering all the events at Circa 1856 since the beginning of May. Just wanted to pop back on FB to remind you of our homemade deliciousness. Today we tested and prepped a yummy vegan dish for some of the wedding guests for this weekend. It is super easy, super fresh and super yummy! Portobello mushrooms, zucchini, organic new potatoes, sugar pea pods, fresh thyme and rosemary, drizzled with EVOO and a dash of Celt salt. This is fresh, not too heavy, but very satisfying. Your vegetarian/vegan guests dont have to settle for a simple salad or meatless pasta. Give them something designed just for them.

I am so excited to have found a great source for premium cheeses! We can add lots of great flavors and textures of cheeses to our charcuterie displays and they will ship directly to us. . . no more searching our limited retail sources. Check out their online store - Nasonville Dairy out of Wisconsin. They have my favorite, merlot-aged Bellavitano cheese. Yum!
