The Scottish Pig North Carolina style BBQ Catering and Food Trailer business. We are a locally owned caterer and food trailer. We can cater small and large parties.

We make North Carolina Style chopped pork, brisket, ribs and chicken. Our home base is Saude Creek Vineyards; we are there every Friday night and 11-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We also travel to some local breweries (Alewerks, Traditions, Virginia Beer Company, and Brass Cannon).
