Mental health check-in 🤍

What’s something you’ve had to unlearn in order to protect your peace?

Mine: feeling guilty for resting.

Something beautiful is brewing. ☕✨

Introducing **Pour Into Mamas** — a new gathering experience created to pour back into the women who spend so much of their lives pouring into everyone else.

This is for the mamas carrying heavy loads.
For the caregivers who rarely pause.
For the women who continue showing up, loving deeply, advocating fiercely, and giving endlessly — even on the hardest days.

Through coffee, connection, conversation, and community, Pour Into Mamas is creating intentional spaces where mothers can feel seen, supported, refreshed, and reminded that they matter, too.

We’re preparing meaningful gatherings in communities near you — and we cannot wait to share what’s ahead.

This is more than coffee hour.
It’s community.
It’s care.
It’s a reminder that mamas deserve to be poured into, too. 💗

Stay close. Event details are coming soon.

Some people don’t need advice.
They need support.
They need patience.
They need to be heard without judgment.
Be gentle with people. Everyone is carrying something.

Reminder: You are allowed to outgrow survival mode.

You don’t have to stay in the version of you that only knew stress, fear, and struggle. Peace is available too.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Can we normalize checking on people who “look strong”? Some people carry heavy things quietly. Smiles don’t always mean peace. Strength doesn’t always mean they’re okay.

Today, send one text: “Just checking on you.”

You never know what that message may mean to someone.

This May, during Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m honored to host The Pink Table Talk: Mental Health Awareness Brunch 💗

So many people are fighting silent battles behind smiles, busy schedules, and “I’m fine” responses. Mental health struggles often go unseen, unheard, and misunderstood.

Too often—especially as women—we are told things like “You’re too sensitive,” “It’s just hormones,” or “You’re overreacting.” But the truth is: protecting your mental health is not weakness, and asking for help is not something to be ashamed of.
Healing begins when we start having honest conversations.

This brunch was created to bring awareness, encouragement, and a safe space to the community where real conversations can happen without judgment. Because sometimes the strongest thing you can do is say, I need support.

We all deserve someone to talk to. We all deserve peace. We all deserve to be heard.
I’m excited to welcome a special guest speaker who will pour into us with wisdom, encouragement, and tools for healing.

Join us as we break the silence, uplift one another, and remind every woman in the room that she is not alone. 💕
