Our Story

Behind La Cajita

La Cajita was born from the union of two passions, two journeys, and one shared dream. Jocelyn always knew that her purpose was to become an entrepreneur doing what she loved most: cooking. From a young age, she was surrounded by the culinary world, thanks to her father, who not only taught her how to cook but also passed down the value of serving with love and dedication.

Driven by that legacy, Jocelyn pursued a formal education in Culinary Arts. It was there that she met Blanca—her teacher, mentor, and guide. Blanca didn’t just help her sharpen her skills; she believed in her deeply and encouraged her to dream big.

What started as a student-teacher relationship blossomed into a powerful partnership. Today, Blanca and Jocelyn are co-owners, friends, and the proud founders of La Cajita: a creative, authentic culinary concept filled with heart and soul.

La Cajita is more than just a place to enjoy food. It’s an experience that celebrates culture, flavor, and the power of dreaming boldly. Our mission is not only to offer something unique and delicious, but also to inspire others to believe in themselves—and to know that yes, it’s possible.

We are two empowered women, entrepreneurs and dreamers, committed to building a space where food brings people together, tells a story, and inspires hearts.

Nuestra Historia

Detrás de La Cajita

La Cajita nace de la unión de dos pasiones, dos trayectorias y un mismo sueño. Jocelyn siempre tuvo claro que su propósito era emprender en lo que más la llenaba: la cocina. Desde pequeña, creció rodeada del mundo gastronómico gracias a su padre, quien no solo le enseñó a cocinar, sino también a valorar el arte de servir con amor y compromiso.

Impulsada por ese legado, Jocelyn decidió formarse profesionalmente y estudió Artes Culinarias. Fue allí donde conoció a Blanca, su profesora, mentora y guía. Blanca no solo la inspiró a perfeccionar su talento, sino que también creyó profundamente en su potencial.

Esa relación de alumna y maestra pronto se convirtió en una alianza de vida. Hoy, Blanca y Jocelyn son socias, amigas y las fundadoras de La Cajita: un concepto gastronómico creativo, auténtico y lleno de alma.

La Cajita es mucho más que un lugar donde se sirve comida. Es una experiencia pensada para celebrar la cultura, los sabores y el poder de soñar en grande. Nuestro deseo no solo es ofrecer algo único y delicioso, sino también inspirar a otras personas a seguir sus pasiones, a creer en sí mismas y a demostrar que sí se puede.

Somos dos mujeres emprendedoras, luchadoras y empoderadas, comprometidas con hacer de La Cajita un espacio donde la comida une, emociona e inspira.
