Wedding number 3 of the weekend complete! It was a beautiful approx 40 guest airbnb wedding with a hint of sprinkle during photos. The ceremony was under the pavilion, then while guests were enjoying cocktail hour at the cabin, Cindy and I transformed the pavilion from ceremony space into the reception vision of the bride! I also had the honor to pronounce them husband and wife! Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Thornberry!

10/10 was a busy day for Cindy and I with two weddings! Cindy’s wedding at JEMN View Farm with Mr and Mrs Hively where the bride was one of the most organized and detailed DIY brides I have ever had! Every single detail to the theme! And my wedding with Mr and Mrs Munafo at Old Blue Rooster where the bride a baker, created 18 table centerpiece cakes as well as their 2 tier cut cake! They also had an incredible choreographed first dance and a fun 20 person bridal party “Good Times” line dance to pep up the crowd for open dance! And her dad, that used to have a rock band place the grand entrance music on his guitar! And lastly, when your bride’s name is Emerald, you wear your mamas emerald ring to honor them both for the day. 💍As always, thank you for choosing us for your amazing day! Best wishes to both couples!!! I have the best job in the world!

The rain stayed away just in time at White Willow Springs in Orient today! Today I had the honor to officiate, design their florals and be their coordinator with my trusty sidekick Cindy! Congratulations Mr and Mrs Rodgers!!! Thank you so much for choosing me for your amazing day! It was beautiful and your bridal party was the sweetest!

Texas came to Glenford Ohio today at White Oaks Ravine! Let’s take a moment and soak in the details and vision this couple had. Every. Single. Detail beautifully created and orchestrated! By them both! Even a branding as their unity ceremony. I came on board in January with this couple and was so excited to see all of their details come together! Congratulations Mr and Mrs Dunaway! And thank you for choosing me as your coordinator. Truly an honor as always! I’ve had people ask, “Why would you want to be a wedding coordinator? That has to be stressful!” I say….I get to witness love and happiness, on this biggest most beautiful day of a couples lives, I get to witness the dad seeing his baby girl in a wedding dress, I get to see that mom pin on the boutonnière of her handsome son on his wedding day, I get to be the calm to the bride feeling overwhelmed, i get to shed a tear with the mom who’s missing her other child watching from heaven that is so dearly missed on this special day, I get to help my brides put their vision to life and watch her beam when she walks into that reception hall, just her and I and she tears up saying you nailed it, you knew exactly what I wanted! I get to meet so many new people, new couples that feel like family by the wedding day, guests that make you feel like family because well, they are Italian and that’s what they do! I get to work with the other chosen team of vendors on the wedding day, I get to put out the “wedding day fires” if they should arise, I get to give the groom a hug whose mom isn’t there to share his special day, I get to help the moms too. They are going through totally different emotions on that day, I know because I’ve been that Mother of the Groom too, and sometimes they need a hug too. I get to fluff that beautiful dress just as the bride is taking her dads arm to walk down that aisle to her best friend, I get to remind her to take a moment and look around and take this all in before she walks, sometimes I get to marry the couple and be the first to call them husband and wife, I get to hug my couple goodbye and they tell me that they appreciate my work into making their day just as they wanted, Sometimes I get that day after thank you text from the bride that warms my heart. I get to come home and enjoy my cupcake, after all the lights and dance music reflecting on the day I just witnessed and feel good about myself, that I helped a couples dream day come true, that I brightened the corner where I was and what I got to witness. I get to do all of these things and more because I get to be a wedding coordinator! It is an honor always and I love what I do!!! Getting married? Someone you love getting married? I’d love to help!
