Victorian Events & Rentals/Balloons by Victoria is a full service event planning company founded by Barbara & Victoria Davis. Through the years this mother and daughter team first started organizing events with their mother (grandmother) and eventually decided to officially launch the business in 1994 and by the following spring, they expanded their business to be a one stop planning company for each event organizer that uses Victorian Events & Rentals/Balloons by Victoria’s services.
