With summer quickly approaching, you might be looking for a refreshing summer cocktail or mocktail to sip on during those long hot days, hopefully on a beach somewhere. Whether you can make it to a beach or not this cocktail/mocktail will make you feel like you’re on a tropical island.
Cocktail Recipe:
2oz Rum Haven coconut water rum
1.5oz coconut water 75oz freshly squeezed lime
2-4 muddled mint leaves 5oz Mistress Mia simple (recipe found below)
Top with club soda
Garnish with lychee popping pearls mint leaf and lime

2oz coconut water75 freshly squeezed lime juice
2-4 muddled mint leaves 5oz Mistress Mia simple (recipe found below)

Mistress Mia simple syrup recipe:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp coconut extract 5 tsp vanilla extract
Bring to boil, let cool before use.
