Hey everyone! Looks like we're in for a beautiful Saturday afternoon, so we'll be at Grand Prairie Park once again today around 11:30 am. It was great to meet so many new people (and see many familiar faces 😃) last Thursday. We have a private event tomorrow, but we'll be back next Tuesday and Thursday! Thx, ep.

Hey Everyone - now that the HS spring sports season is winding down and the summer tournaments and concert season rolls in, we will also be offering an abbreviated menu at the new Grand Prairie Park (Cedar Ave/185th) every Tuesday and Thursday at 11 am through July 2nd. We may add some other weekday and weekend dates when available if the weather cooperates. If it's well received, we'll run it through the summer! Thx, ep

The girls HS flag football tournament season continues today at LSHS stadium, beginning @ 4 pm. Last week's games at LNHS were very competitive and we all expect the same level of competition today! We'll start grilling around 3:30, treat mom to an early dinner!! ep

We're kicking off season #6 tonight @ LNHS stadium for the home opener Boys Lacrosse match-up between LN vs. Minnetonka: JV 6 pm, V 7:30 pm. We'll be providing concessions at many of the LNHS & LSHS boys and girls events this spring - along with many local youth sporting and recreational events. Interested in having us at your event? The summer is off and running with the crew vending softball, baseball and LAX tourneys, concerts, beach parties, and many other local events! We have a bit of a break (alas) and look forward to rolling into Pan O Prog next week with kids day at Steve Michaud Park on 7/10 (10-2) and Pickleball tourney this year and the newly created (almost) Grand Prairie Park (185th/Cedar Ave) on Friday 7/11-13. As always, if you're in the market for a special event and have a hankering for delicious on-site grilled food complemented with a vast selection of cold drinks and snacks, keep us in mind! Best, ep

Hello All - It's been a busy April-May vending many of the LN-LSHS Spring sports. We have many summer events and look forward to hitting many of the local parks and beaches on hot, sunny days! Season (5) (where did the time go?) is just about upon us and April is already booking-up with a variety of high school sporting events at Lakeville South & North fields: Lacrosse, baseball, softball and track & field meets. We've added a few new items to the menu (yes coffee!) and are anxious to get rolling in a few weeks. Our company "picnic lunch" catering services have become very popular; so keep us in for your next employee appreciation event! ep
