I wanted to invite everyone to the Medina Lake Cajun Festival 2011 this Saturday the 24th of September. We will have great cajun bands playing throughout the day and some of the best gumbo in the state of Texas. Hope to see you there.

PS: we still have a few openings for gumbo contestants this year.
