Just plan ole good BBQ! The Chef and Owner of Bougie’s Q resides in Lake Orion, Michigan. He has been cooking his entire life, having started to learn from his grandpa when he was just a boy.

Out of high school Ed went to culinary school and has worked many different positions in a few different restaurants. Now, after years of doing what other restaurants want, he is branching out to do what he wants. Something to make him happy, and that, is to make YOU happy.
