🇻🇳 Vietnam Part 2.0
What an unforgettable trip! If Vietnam has been on your list, take this as your sign to go — the people, food, and landscapes are absolutely incredible.

One highlight was visiting Ninh Binh, where we soaked in breathtaking views, kayaked through serene waters, and woke up surrounded by nature that felt straight out of Avatar. 🌄

We also had the amazing opportunity to dine at Chà Lăng (Michelin-starred!) — one of my favorite meals in Vietnam, so good I had to go back twice 😋. And of course, Duck Duck was another standout experience!

Until next time, Vietnam — you were truly unforgettable. ❤️

Vietnam Recap – Part 1 🇻🇳
Spent the past month getting a little taste of Vietnam — didn’t stay long, but made the most of every moment. From the buzzing streets of Hanoi to the calm, misty mountains of Sapa, I tried to soak up as much culture, flavor, and scenery as I could. Here are some snaps from the journey – the food, the people, the views… unreal. Can’t wait to share more 💛📷

We had an absolute blast last Saturday at the farm dinner with our friends at ! 🌾✨ Huge thanks to Bernadette and Charles for not only having us, but also supplying all the incredible poultry, breads, and veggies that made this dinner so special.

Their farm-fresh flavors truly brought the menu to life. 💫
We kicked things off with a beef tartare on jalapeño cheddar sourdough, followed by a killer nibble board featuring pork belly chicharrón, beet & feta dip, crusted veggies, chicken liver pâté, and garlic sourdough. Then came a refreshing plum quinoa salad, pollo a la brasa with mashed potatoes, green beans & salsa verde — and we wrapped it all up with a deconstructed apple + salted caramel cheesecake. 🍎🍰

Can’t wait to do it all again. More dinners coming soon — stay tuned! 🔥🍽️

Moving to Orlando and starting my business has made me cherish every aspect of Peru.
