S.C. CURATES: The Antioch Day-to-Night Date ✨

Sometimes the best dates aren't just dinner—they're a whole vibe that transitions from afternoon sun to late-night cocktails. We spent some time in Antioch, IL, and put together the perfect curated date experience for you.

Here is exactly how to do it right:
☀️ AFTERNOON: Chain O Lakes State Park
Start the day outdoors. Whether you're renting a kayak, walking the trails, or just sitting by the water, this is the perfect low-pressure environment to actually talk and connect without the awkward "staring across a table" interview vibe.

🍝 DINNER: Oliverii North (384 Lake St)
When the sun starts to set, head downtown to Oliverii North. This place is a hidden gem. The owner literally greets you at the door, making you feel like you're walking into his home. The atmosphere is warm, the Italian food is incredible (get the seafood pasta), and it sets the perfect romantic tone.
🥂 NIGHTCAP: Taylors on Toft (921 Toft Ave)
End the night here. It's cozy, the music is great, and they have private little curtained booths if you want some privacy. Their themed Martini flights are amazing, and the whole place just feels polished and welcoming.
The S.C. Verdict: Antioch is highly underrated for a date day. It has the perfect mix of outdoor activity, incredible food, and late-night lounge vibes.
