✨ We’re so excited to announce that our Mini Pancake Cart can now offer a gluten-free menu!

With 10 years in the restaurant industry—and as a mom to a son with food allergies—I know how important it is to create an experience where everyone feels included. That’s why we’ve worked hard to offer a gluten-free option so more guests can enjoy the fun together.

And don’t worry—your gluten-eating guests probably won’t even notice the difference! 🥞

Here’s how we help reduce the risk of gluten cross-contact:
✅ Gluten-free ingredients
✅ No regular pancake batter served during gluten-free events
✅ Thoroughly cleaned cooking equipment before service
✅ Designated gluten-free utensils, pans, and storage
✅ Staff trained in allergen food handling

Have another food allergy or dietary need? Reach out! We’d love to work with you to customize an allergen-friendly cart for your event whenever possible. We believe everyone deserves to be part of the celebration. 💛
