Misconception 1: wedding coordinators will “fill the gaps” on a wedding day.
Reality: a coordinator’s expertise is in logistics, timelines, communication, and orchestrating dozens of moving parts so your wedding unfolds seamlessly. When additional hands-on labor is needed, we’re happy to recommend the right event staff to support your vision.
Misconception 2: the term “day-of coordinator.” Reality: A wedding cannot be learned overnight. The best wedding days are the result of months of preparation, collaboration, and attention to detail. By the time your wedding arrives, your coordinator should already know the timeline inside and out, have connected with every vendor, and anticipated potential challenges.
At CHill Celebrations, we require a minimum of 90 days before your wedding to begin coordination. We believe your planning experience matters just as much as your wedding day. Our goal is to give you more than flawless execution—we want you to feel supported, informed, and at peace throughout the entire process.
