These are some of Gram’s dishes. My Grandma Opal was our family’s rock. She was smart, funny, beautiful and strong. An educated teacher with the best wit. Gram loved pretty things like dishes, and she always had the best adult frozen beverages on hand in the freezer at all times. Born on Feb 7, 1922, she passed in Summer 2010. Happy bday in Heaven!I love you Gram! Until we meet again. 🌺

Light lunch with soup and salad? The Autumn Leaf pattern was produced from 1933-1970’s. These were made by the Hall China Company and were sold door-to-door by Jewel Tea Company salesmen for many years. Some say it was the most popular American China in its day. I personally adore the dainty cream soup bowl with two handles. 😍

On this Epiphany Day, we celebrate the three kings ending their 12 day journey following the star to the Baby in the manger. For our family, one last hot coca with a bedtime snack using Christmas dishes, for tomorrow begins Carnival Season!

Picked up these beauties in Metairie, LA a little while ago and can’t wait to set them out! The William Sonoma salad plates were made to celebrate the turn of the century. Cheer, Eternal, Bounty, Happy, Friends and Time. Happy New Year!

These Vintage Godinger Santa Spreaders were too great not to bring home! Two sets of four in the loveliest green velvet boxes. What do you think about using them as butter knives? Too wild?

2023 UL Alumni Friendsgiving Lunch - each one of us added to the table decor and menu. Of course the turkey plates and Atlas glasses made an appearance. Extremely grateful for this work family!
