Valentine’s Day is approaching soon! As we all know, this is a day when lovers, husbands, and wives show their appreciation for each other in a romantic way—with flowers, dinners, and beautiful gifts.

While this is a wonderful way to celebrate, I’ve realized that many people don’t receive this kind of love or affection.

This is especially true for older adults living in nursing homes or those who live alone with little support. You may not realize it, but there is a crisis of loneliness in our country.

This Valentine’s Day let’s do something special for senior citizens or individuals with disabilities who may not have the same opportunities to celebrate.

I would love to give a beautiful floral arrangement to someone you believe would truly appreciate it—someone whose day would be brightened by this simple act of kindness.
