Hi! Welcome to Alyssa’s Dishes — my name is Alyssa and I’m so excited to call the lake my new home 🏡

I moved here last month with a background of 12+ years of experience in the service industry and the past 3 years in wine sales & distribution. My favorite experience came from serving at a 1 Michelin star ⭐️ restaurant in Chicago where I also received my Level 1 Sommelier certification 🍷 I have a passion for food, wine, & great service and am hoping to put that to use on the lake and become a welcomed addition to the Norris Lake community 😊

I started Alyssa’s Dishes with the idea of it being an all-encompassing food & service small business. I’m a pretty open book as to what I can offer to help ease the stress & planning of feeding your friends & family during your stay at the lake:

• catering your parties, large or small 🎉 (bachelor/bachelorette/birthdays/reunions/showers/vacations)
+ decorating add-ons available too 🎈

• stocking your kitchen with groceries & customized ready-to-heat/eat meals for the week before arriving to the lake 🥕

• charcuterie boards & wine pairings 🧀
+ in-house wine tastings 🥂(a fun party idea!)

• weekly meal options for local & season-long residents 🍽️

All of the meals will either be pre-made and delivered to you ready to eat &/or heat, or I will stay upon delivery and prepare so everything is ready to eat by your requested time!

~ I have been eating an ingredient-conscientious lifestyle for the past few years now so all of my meals & baked goods have this included as the premium ingredient fee. 🥑💪🏼

This means no seed/inflammatory oils, natural/organic/local produce when available, natural/raw sugars, etc. Message me directly if you have any questions about this! ~
