Let me introduce myself…
My name is Carrie Dailey, proud Mom of two amazing young men and Owner of Smokey Ridge Floral, Events and Retreats.

My passion for floral design and special events started in a floral shop located in Clearwater, Florida; Gulfside Florist owned & operated by my Mom & Dad.

After moving to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, my career in Floral design and events took place in several different Floral shops in the area where I learned more of the craft and added my own design ideas to Floral Designs for every occasion.

In 2002 Smokey Ridge Floral, Events and Retreats was established in Knoxville, Alabama primarily for Floral Design services and home decorating year round. In 2015, we expanded to host an outdoor venue for any special event, Wedding, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthdays, Business Retreat, Pool Parties and the list goes on.

We provide over night stays in our poolhouse for a day, short weekend or entire week. Poolhouse is equipped with a full kitchen, living area with Dish Network and Streaming. It holds up to 6-8 people comfortably with a loft, beds in living area and private bedroom with bath.

Our all Inclusive packages provides you with a stress-free day of focusing on the special day while we take care of all set up and break down with no additional cost to you as our packages cover the complete event.

Packages include:

1) Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner, Reception
2) Any special event including, Birthday, Prom, Graduation, Business Event, Retreats, Anniversaries, and more.

My late husband, Chad, was a special part of creating Smokey Ridge, and 2 years ago, we added the feather to our logo in remembrance of him.
