I have been blessed with some pretty awesome weddings recently and Kelsey and Zach’s Marblegate wedding day was no exception. These two closed out the summer with a heartfelt ceremony; a soft & romantic color palette consisting of light blue, light green, pale pink and whites; and an elegant dinner reception. The dance floor was packed the entire time and filled with fun props and of course the “it’s Miller Time” trucker hats. These two have known each other since middle school, have been dating for 8 years, and are now officially husband and wife which marks their most exciting chapter yet. Congratulations to the Millers! I am so happy for you both 🤍

New headshots for a new chapter! Since establishing my business in 2021, I have always held a full-time or part-time job somewhere else while also running Courtney Taylor Event Planning. However, my goal has always been to take my business to a full-time career. I can officially say that I have done that and I am now a full-time wedding & event planner.

I am extremely blessed and grateful for my past & present clients for trusting me on your important days; for my fellow vendors/ industry professionals who encourage, recommend, and work alongside me; and of course for my family & friends who are always rooting me on and supporting my dreams.

I am excited for this next phase in my career and can’t wait to see all the beautiful stories ahead and the new adventures to come.

Kylie and Hunter’s wedding takes my top-spot for a laid-back wedding. During the planning process, their biggest two requests were a beautiful ceremony focused on their love for each other and then an awesome dance party with their family and friends to celebrate. And boy did they achieve this! A beautiful ceremony facing the Great Smoky Mountains, a simple but elegant reception setup, and then a fun dinner with pizzas. No fuss, a lot of fun, and a beautiful day celebrating the Earneys!

It’s not everyday you get to work with the same family twice for a wedding, but three times is even more than I could have asked for! Last summer I got the privilege of working with Rachael and Grace Anne on their weddings two months apart and both were held at their parents property. This August, Abbey was the final Kennard daughter/sister to tie the knot with her high school sweetheart, Kyle. The anticipation was certainly matched with a beautiful mix of bright colors, natural elements, a stunning sunset, then getting to dance the night away with all your loved ones under one tent. Congratulations to the Keelers and cheers to your {official} happily ever after!
