Slow cooked Tinga traditional chicken breast over Cilantro Lime Rice. Topped with roasted corn, black beans, Pico de Gallo, cheese, crema, and Cilantro

🐖 Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Cream Sauce - $15.00
This slow roasted tenderloin is beyond juicy! With Creamy Dijon dressing drizzled over the loin and served with garlic mashed potatoes and a heaping side crips green beans!!!!

🍗 Cheesy Chicken Quesadilla - $12
Thick chunks of juicy chicken thighs packed into a crisp, warm gooey Quesadilla with creamy jalapeño ranch, served with a side of our famous Mexi-Ranch

🫑 Unstuffed Pepper - $14
This oldie but a goodie has been a fan favorite. Ground Beef served with a tomato sauce, seasoned rice, colorful green, red, yellow, and orange peppers, mushrooms, and onions, topped with Mozzarella

🍤 Mardi Gras Jambalaya - $17
Cajun and Creole infused meal perfect for Maris Gras! Homemade seasoning in the Rice served with Andouille Sausage and Shrimp topped woth green onion.

7oz fiesta lime Seasoned chicken breast on Mexican style rice topped with melted cheese, Pico de Gallo, house-made tortilla strips. Garnished with cilantro and a lime wedge.

🥩 Steak Fajitas - $18.00
6oz of perfectly seasoned steak fajitas. Served with Sautéed Peppers and Onions. Mexi-Rice and house made pinto beans. With a side of Sour Cream, Pico de gallo and Shredded Cheese. Topped with a lime wedge and 2 flour tortillas.

6oz of perfectly seasoned steak fajitas. Served with Sautéed Peppers and Onions. Mexi-Rice and house made pinto beans. With a side of Sour Cream, Pico de gallo and Shredded Cheese. Topped with a lime wedge and 2 flour tortillas.

🥚 Protein Snack Bowls - $9.75
This take on a heavy snack or light but filling lunch is a new item for us! 2 soft boiled eggs, topped with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Short stack of mixed Cheese (Colby Jack, Mild Cheddar, and Pepper Jack Cheeses), and mixed salami meats, a mini brown sugar bagel, and a side of peanut butter.
