Some brands of store bought kimchi are good but it's so much better when I make my own. Now, I'll let this ferment for a couple weeks then we can start to enjoy it in different dishes and even on some Club or Ritz crackers. These are half gallon jars.

Yes, Kernersville is a small town but...there are many businesses in this town and this is based on Google reviews and not from a recommendation or a nomination.
