Good Evening, Bizi Kidz Kville Family! 💚🩵💜
As you can see, Saturdays are typically the days when we are able to capture the most content and share the beautiful stories and moments happening with our precious kiddos.
I’m not quite sure how to describe today because it was special for so many different reasons. 🥰
First, one of my team members and I made the decision to give our main staff the day off so they could enjoy their long holiday weekend. Our team has worked extremely hard throughout our August transition month, and we wanted to take the opportunity to honor them, appreciate them, and thank them for their continued commitment to Bizi Kidz Kville.
Secondly, our families showed up for us this morning and this evening! 🙌🏽 Our kiddos enjoyed creating new adventures, meeting new friends, fellowshipping over dinner, laughing, playing alongside one another, and simply enjoying being free! 🥳
We are SOOOOO grateful that we were able to end our holiday weekend on such a positive note!
As a small business, sometimes it’s easy to get stuck looking at the numbers—and yes, numbers do matter because they help us keep our doors open! But we are learning that the true measure of a successful business is so much more than numbers.
It’s valued customer service.
It’s happy families.
It’s building continuous trust.
It’s repeat customers.
It’s word-of-mouth referrals and families sharing the good news about the services we provide.
And most importantly, it’s taking care of your customers in our case, their children.
We are truly BLESSED to have this opportunity to serve our community and your families. We will continue working hard to fulfill our mission of providing the best, safest, and highest-quality drop-in childcare experience possible.
Thank you to ALL of our amazing parents who registered your kiddos for Parents Night Out yesterday and this evening! We were so happy to have another late evening filled with fun, laughter, fellowship, and happy kiddos! 🤗🤗
