Couch Gangs’ mission
I wouldn't be the person I am today if I was never introduced to the “rave scene”. I was always a creative and outgoing being as a child, but I endured many traumatizing experiences throughout my life that changed me into someone that wanted nothing to with other people. One of my good friends gave me the push I needed to finally attend a music festival. It worked as a form of “over exposure therapy” for me and almost immediately snapped me out of the funk that I had been in. I was finally in a judgement free zone where I could express myself without remorse. A type of environment that I religiously provide for my friends and family when they’re with me. After connecting with so many new & beautiful souls over the weekend, my social anxiety was practically gone! It reminded me of how much I love meeting & connecting with new people while motivating me to carry out this lesson to my every day life.
We had 3 incredible bass music festivals in New Hampshire. One came to a financially responsible ending, one went up in flames, and the other has branched out to other states. The effect that the scene has made on me has been so significant that I couldn't leave my fellow NH residents without the same opportunity for such a life changing experience. I want to provide all of you a friendly, judgement free environment, that you can express yourself in to your fullest extent. My primary concern when planing an event is cultivating an authentic homie vibe that we can all feel comfortable in. A place where you know you can let go of your inhibitions, and be free, because you know you’re surrounded by generous souls.
Once we know how to establish that, we work on creating a fully immersive audio visual experience for our attendees. We always have projection mapped visuals on a hand crafted stage, complimented with lights and lasers that leave you in awe until the bass drops and gets your butt shakin’.
