There’s a story behind every masterpiece!

I received an unexpected, last-minute text right before the event started needing help. It’s only right to make sure the bride to be has an amazing experience. I was given just 30 minutes to make something happen! Challenge accepted! 🙌🏽

With a little creativity, quick thinking, and a whole lot of love, I executed something simple and elegant right on time! 🫣

These are the moments that remind me why I truly LOVE what I do. It’s not always about having hours to prepare—it’s about being able to step in, create under pressure, and still make someone smile. 🥰

🚨🚨 WOW!! What an experience! 🤯✨
This event definitely tested me, but it also reminded me why I trust God’s plan through every challenge.
Weeks before the event, I reached out to the restaurant to get clarification on what would be allowed in the space. After not receiving a response, I stopped by in person and learned that the private dining area my client had reserved was actually operated on a first-come, first-served basis. If someone arrived before the reservation time, they could still be seated there.
Fast forward to event day…
I arrived two hours early, ready to transform the space. Unfortunately, a family of about eight had already been seated in the area. At first, I wasn’t too concerned and figured they would be finished within the hour. An hour later, they still hadn’t even been served their meals.
I immediately contacted my client to keep her informed. Thankfully, she was already aware of how the restaurant operated and was incredibly understanding. I assured her that once we got access to the space, we’d make it happen.
The client arrived, the family was still there, and the event was set to begin in just 15 minutes.
After speaking with the supervisor, they were able to kindly relocate the guests, who had already finished their meals and were simply sitting and talking. The moment the space became available, it was game time!
With only minutes to spare, we jumped into action and completed the entire setup in about 15 minutes. Talk about panicking, sweating, praying, and feeling every emotion imaginable! 😅
But we did it.
The client was happy. The guests were happy. Even other restaurant guests stopped to compliment us on how quickly we transformed the room.
I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before, but one thing is certain: God was in that space. He kept me calm when I wanted to panic, focused when I felt overwhelmed, and reminded me that everything would come together.
Sometimes entrepreneurship isn’t about everything going perfectly—it’s about staying calm under pressure, trusting the process, and showing up for your clients no matter what.
We got through it. We made it happen. And for that, I’m grateful. 💛
