Thank you Dr. Carmelita Williams, Jason Williams, and to the United States Court for The Western District Of Missouri Charles Evans Whittaker Courthouse Federal Judges for allowing Events by Necessary to cater the Federal Judges Retreat.
The menu was :
Breakfast:
- Scrambled eggs,
- candied Million $$ bacon,
- pork sausage links,
- Southern buttermilk biscuits,
- Brisket 7 pepper gravy,
- Chobani Nonfat Greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom,
- fresh fruit, and
- homestyle vanilla almond and honey oat granola options.
Lunch:
various premium bread sandwiches with lettuce, Roma tomato, red onion, and pickle
- Four peppered turkey & Provolone with garlic aioli,
- Rotisserie chicken salad with buttered croissants,
- Black Forest Ham & Swiss with honey mustard, and
- Angus Roast Beef & Sharp cheddar with creamy horseradish sauce,
- fresh spring mix salad,
- Southern pasta salad,
- Miss Vickie’s premium chips.
Snack:
- Ooey gooey cookies
- Ghiradelli Triple Chocolate brownies
An all day beverage event package included :
- Bottled spring water
- bottled juices
- Diet Coke cans
- iced tea beverage dispenser with lemon, sugar, and simple syrup
I also partnered with Tan Robinson & 4 AM Roastery to provide a coffee bar that included:
- Several fresh brewed coffee blends, creamers, syrups, whipped cream, sugars, and cups
