Q. Does the rental include alcohol?

A. No. We do not provide or pour alcohol. We do allow alcohol to be used in our machines, but we do charge an additional $5 fee as the alcohol does break down the rear seals. When alcohol is used, please allow an additional 30-45 minutes for the mixes to reach proper temperature. Q. How quickly do the machines start to make slushes? It takes approximately 1.5-2hrs for the machine setup. We require

a 2 hour window before the event to set the machine up so its ready to serve when your party starts. Do you charge for delivery? A, We deliver for free within a 20 mile radius of Blue Springs (64014). If you are outside of this radius, we do charge an additional $1 per mile thereafter. When you deliver, can you bring the machine to a 2nd story apartment? We can deliver the machine to a higher floor, but there must be an elevator. Otherwise, there may be an additional charge. Are the machines easy to use? Of course. Once we do the setup, we'll leave easy to follow instructions on how to run the machine and add extra product, if necessary. These machine do not require ice. In fact, please do not add ice to the machine as it will damage the auger. Are there certain power requirements? Yes, Our machines require a dedicated 15amp circuit. Please be aware there may be other outlets on the circuit. Please make sure all other appliances are not plugged in as they may still draw power from the circuit. Need an extension cord? Don't worry. For just a few dollars extra, we'll provide the proper cord. Cords should never exceed 50'. When is payment due? Payment is due upon delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, and Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Do we need to clean the machine? We do ask that you empty the contents of the machine and run a pitcher of water through it before turning it off. We'll do the rest as we clean and sanitize each machine before it goes out for the next rental. How early should I reserve a machine for our event? We recommend 2-4 weeks. We rent machine on a first come, first serve basis. We do require a $50 deposit to reserve your date. Can we use our own mix? Our mixes are premium mixes specifically formulated for our machines. Using any other mix may damage the machine, so we ask that you only use our mixes. Can the machine be used outdoors? Yes. These machines can be used outdoors. It may take additional time for the mixes to chill. We recommend a well shaded area. How many people can one machine accommodate? Our machines have two 3-gallon hoppers. These machines will accommodate approximately 50-100 people. We do have additional supplies and mixes available and we provide those with each rental as an additional add-on.
