I wanted to follow-up on a great cooking class held last weekend. We made soft spring rolls, pork and chicken dumplings, and hade some cauliflower fried rice. It was so fun, and everyone seems to learn a lot ! We are rebooking for October !

I feel proud to complete a BBQ/Pool party for 25 people in Belton, right here next to the country club. It was a delicious fun time, by all. Ribs, brats, burgers, and all the fixings that one may want. Ball out ! Probably the best feeling is knowing someone else booked me for a party from the same event!

This was a great cookbook that I worked out of to help a client that was diagnosed with cancer. It's utilizes fresh food as medicine. What a pleasure it was to see my client loose weight in healthy way and eventually returned to health.
