Great time with Greenwood Oaks Venue & Gardens and Greenwood Party Mixers this past weekend. Truly the best in the business and happy they let an amateur like me join in the fun. The guests were awesome and able to joke around with everyone. I even had the wifey to help me out. Very lucky to have a woman that will not only put up with crazy ideas, like starting a side BBQ business, but will also help out.

Fun fact, at Thanksgiving we packed up 230 bags of crackers. To make it a little easier to pack we are moving to gallon bags of crackers with the Pimento Cheese and Pineapple Chicken Salad. This makes it easier on us to pack and gives you more crackers!
