Why am I posting a Christmas project in February? Because - you've got to plan ahead (these napkin rings aren't available all the time in my area) AND this can be adapted for any season ( I'll update later with seasonal variations).

Spend as little as $3 for a table full of pretty at breakfast and/or dinner. This dollar store napkin rings is quick and simple.

Italian style teachers appreciation lunch with a super tight decor budget ($15) with a little help from the pantry and previous parties.

For 6 tables spent $3 in twin packs of vines, $3 check tablecloths (cut in half and laid diagonally), $6 white tablecloths, 2 boxes spaghetti & 2 boxes rainbow pasta. Already had on hand - glass vases, battery operated votive candles.
