We have been putting in a lot of work the past couple of days. We are hoping to finally get the smoker loaded up on its permanent new home tomorrow. We are super excited to get back into the swing of things We have 2 events scheduled for June already, June 6th and 28th, so let us know how we can partner with you to make your event delicious and send the crowd home full!

We told you big things were coming and here it is! Please welcome her to the family! We are still looking for a trailer to put her on, but we will be putting her to use in the coming weeks. She does still need a name! We are grateful that God has opened the door and allowed us to purchase this smoker! It will allow us to better serve our customers, it will allow us to do ministry on a much larger scale by partnering with local churches and non-profits for fund raisers, and it will allow us to do bigger catering events (it also came with a commercial convection oven)!

We will be kicking off our grand re-opening with a fund raiser for River Road Baptist Church on June 6th, then we will have a brisket sale the following week (details posted soon), then how about ribs for 4th of July Weekend!!

Hey everyone. Sorry we have been on radio silent lately. For those who don’t know me personally. I have just been called to preach at a church in Live Oak so we are making a little transition right now. HOWEVER, we have purchased a new smoker and we will be relaunching in the next few weeks. I will post the date soon.

We appreciate all of the support and love the past 6 months. When we come back it will be with brisket in hand!
