Let’s face it, Weddings costs are on the rise$.
Although you think you are on budget with the big ticket items, all those little things you keep adding, also add to the cost.
I know, you saw something on Pinterest and you just have to have it, maybe its your Bridesmaids gifts, those gorgeous ( expensive) table linens, or that 5 tiered cake. Suddenly you are way over budget.
The best option for a beautiful wedding while saving easily 25% of your cost is your Venue. Here in Florida we have gorgeous scenery that could cost you as little as zero. Consider having your ceremony on the beach, in one of our beautiful parks or along the River.
Simply give your guests good directions, especially for a beach wedding, and then you can splurge on the reception. I know amazing parks with trees that provide backdrops for pictures that also are on the River. Now you may have an assortment of photographs to cherish forever! So have your outdoor wedding and then proceed to your reception.
Just remember in Florida we also have rain. Check the weather guide below and plan accordingly. Also, as Officiants , we charge less for weddings Monday through Thursday than on the weekends.

Jacksonville weddings are on the rise. Not just beach weddings, but even airport and grocery store weddings. What’s step one?
This one is for the guys out there. Are you preparing to propose? Well, remember, the ring is the most important aspect of your marriage. The ring is the symbol of your commitment. The ring is what will remind your “to be” every day for the rest of your lives of how strong your love is.
So, choose wisely. Make sure you know the shape she likes. If she likes a Princess cut, don’t get a round diamond. Also whether white gold, yellow gold, or platinum, find out. Of course take someone with you, preferably her mother, unless the mom has no expertise, then get one of her friends to do the “research “ and bring you pictures of her choices. Spend at least 3 months salary, better yet spend what you know your salary may be in 3 years.
After the ring, the most important is the wedding vows. You are spending a ton of money to lead up to “ the wedding vows”. THIS is what it is all about!
And if you have the right Officiant, they will make it perfect. Worried the Officiant doesn’t know you well? No problem, professional Officiants can almost tell at a glance the perfect ceremony and vows just for you.
