RTEAM has been named one of America’s fastest-growing private companies, ranking No. 1,878 on this year’s list.

We’ve grown a lot over the last few years. Bigger projects, new markets, a growing team and opportunities we couldn’t have imagined when we started.

We’re proud of what we’ve built, grateful for the people who have built it with us, and excited about where we’re headed next.

Bonnaroo’s decision to sit out 2027 after back-to-back years of severe weather is a tough one for the live events industry.

The more important conversation is what it shows us about weather preparedness.

Bonnaroo invested heavily in The Farm after 2025, improving drainage, adding new roads and making the grounds more resilient. Then another year of severe weather put those improvements to the test.

There’s no way to weather-proof an outdoor festival. What organizers can do is get more precise about what happens when conditions change.

Bonnaroo’s experience is a reminder of just how difficult that job can be, even with extensive preparation.

We see this shift happening in real time because we get to build the kinds of experiences people plan around.

From festivals and live music to major sporting events and large-scale public experiences, people are still showing up, traveling, spending and making plans around being there in person.

That’s what makes this next decade so exciting for our industry. The demand for great experiences is only getting bigger.

Three years of growth, a lot of really big swings, and now a spot at 19 on the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Fast 50!

RTEAM has grown in just about every way possible over the last few years. Our team is bigger. The projects are bigger. We’re working in more cities, taking on more complex productions, and getting opportunities that would have felt pretty far out of reach just a few years ago.
