Saturday took us to Sparta, NJ for another unforgettable on-site catering event. We set up in the rain, but just in time for service, the skies cleared and the party was on!

Guests enjoyed a full afternoon of fresh, made-to-order favorites:

🍗 Chicken Cutlet Sandwiches w/ Fresh Mozzarella, Roasted Peppers & Balsamic Reduction
🍯 Chicken Cutlet Sandwiches w/Hot Honey, Fresh Mozzarella & Baby Arugula
🍆 Eggplant Sandwiches w/ Fresh Mozzarella, Roasted Peppers, Basil Pesto & Balsamic Reduction
🍔 Hamburgers &🌭 Hot Dogs with onions and sauerkraut
