Just a few reminders:

1. Though your vendor may have been hired by you, they are not your servant. We are human beings with feelings. Please treat us with respect.

2. We take pride in our work. While you may have hired us for one thing, trust us to work together with the other vendors to make sure your day is special.

3. The Plan never goes as Planned. There will always be hiccups. Go with the flow and trust your vendors (coordinators) to make sure it all works out.

4. Please do not criticize what you have not seen in action. You are so busy as bride and groom and may notice little things here and there... just know we are already two steps ahead of you and have it under control. If you aren't noticing it, that means we are doing our job!

5. Please know that we love you. We truly enjoy what we do. We will take care of you as best as we can. But again, we are human. We cannot control how others act or do their jobs. We do our best to be your advocate in EVERY situation.

6. If you have realistic expectations, we can produce realistic solutions.
