Wedding season prep has officially begun 👀💍

I'm currently deep in logistics mode — finalizing timelines, confirming vendors, and doing all the behind-the-scenes work that makes wedding day feel completely effortless for the couple.

Here's a little peek at what goes into the weeks leading up to a wedding:
✔️ Vendor coordination calls
✔️ Day-of timeline builds (down to the minute, trust me)
✔️ Venue walk-throughs
✔️ Emergency kit packing (yes, this is real and yes it has saved the day more than once 😅)

Real talk: juggling it all as a mom is no joke. 🤷‍♀️

People ask me all the time how I manage running an event business AND keeping up with kids, sports seasons, school stuff, and everything in between. And honestly? Some days I have it figured out. Other days I'm eating drive-through in a parking lot between a venue tour and a soccer game. 😂

But THIS is exactly why I love what I do. I plan for families. I understand the chaos. I get it when you tell me your schedule is a mess and you need someone to just... handle it.

That's me. I'm the person who handles it. 💼🤍

5 weddings. 5 months. Let's GOOOO. 💍

I am not playing around this season, y'all. I have FIVE weddings lined up over the next five months and I am absolutely here for every single one of them.

From the first venue walkthrough to the final "I do" — I'll be bringing you along for all of it. The décor details, the vendor collabs, the nervous bride texts at 11pm, the tears of joy... all of it.

Hi friends — if you've been wondering where I've been, the short answer is: on the bleachers, on the sidelines, and in the carpool line. 🏅 Sports season hit HARD this year and mama had to put the phone down and just be present for a little while.

But guess what? The juggling is now under control... and I am SO ready to jump back into what I love most — creating unforgettable moments for the people who trust me with their biggest days.
